Our head office is in central Glasgow. Here we have our customer contact centre, information and communications technology department, and corporate offices. Our printing and mailing centre at nearby Hillington issues around 15 million items of correspondence a year.
Darlington
Our English service, Student Finance England is transforming student finance in England. We’re responsible for the whole process, from giving information, advice and guidance through application and assessment to payment.
Darlington is also where we process applications for financial support by students from other European Union countries who are studying in the UK.
Colwyn Bay
We opened our Welsh service in Colwyn Bay after research showed that what students and their families in Wales want is to be able to speak to us in Welsh. We run our bilingual customer support centre at Colwyn Bay under the Student Finance Wales banner, on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government.
