Official Statistics (including National Statistics)
The Student Loans Company (SLC) publishes Official Statistics on behalf of the Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) and the devolved administrations. Some of these statistics are currently National Statistics.
The SLC publishes one statistical series for Student Support awards (loan rates, loan take up, grants awarded, etc) on an academic year basis.
The SLC publishes one statistical series for Student Loans debt and repayment on a financial year basis.
In 2009 the SLC started an Official Statistics series for Income Contingent Loan repayments by repayment cohort.
In 2009 the SLC started an Official Statistics series for Student Finance England application processing for the academic year.
